Connection recovery
Keep working through a temporary interruption.
A temporary loss of SQL access does not have to erase the day. Timers can continue with a controlled local recovery queue and retry when the connection returns.
Record identity and version checks prevent stale work from silently replacing a newer record. Offline recovery applies to Timers; it is not a promise that every Billisecond application operates offline.
